Working principle and technical characteristics:
The fish enters through the receiving chute into a rotating drum made of perforated sheet with spiral. As the drum rotates, the fish mixes and moves along the drum in a spiral. When the drum rotates, the fish rubs along the surface of the expanded metal sheet, the scales are separated and fall through the holes. The rotation speed is regulated by a frequency converter, which allows you to set different processing modes. The machine is equipped with a built-in sprinkler device that allows the scales to be flushed onto retractable filters.
