The algorithm of the device;
The operator feeds the basket to the loading chain conveyor, the basket is installed in the working position. Next, the operator drives the elevator (pantograph), which raises the movable platform of the basket to the level of the loading conveyor. The can is fed to a loading conveyor. Upon reaching an amount sufficient to fill the entire laying area of the basket, the operator sets in motion the pressure pad, which fixes the can layer in front of the basket. Next, the basket platform lowers, the operator puts the gasket and starts a new cycle. The pressure pad rises, the can fills the gasket, and so on until the basket is fully loaded.
