The line is intended for manual cutting of small and medium fish into fillets and carcass. Designed for 14 workplaces, it consists of a system of conveyors and working surfaces located relative to each other in such a way as to ensure the continuous supply and removal of fish, as well as the removal of waste, which allows for maximum performance. Water is supplied to each workplace. The equipment complies with all sanitary standards, safety requirements, labor protection and ergonomics. At production modern types of welding and cutting of metal are applied.
