Autoclave basket loading line
The section of the line for washing and stacking cans in the autoclave baskets after the seaming machine is presented. The site consists of a conveyor system, a can washing machine, an accumulator rotary orientator table and a semi-automatic cans stacker. In the working cycle after seaming cans by the conveyor get into the washing machine, then to the accumulative rotary orientator table and further along the conveyor to the receiving roller conveyor. The empty basket of an autoclave with a movable bottom, mounted on a trolley, is brought to the loader and is moved from the roller table of the trolley to the roller conveyor of the loader. The stacker automatically forms a layer, and the operator lowers the pad and puts a gasket to load the next layer, and so on until the basket is completely filled.
