Semi-automatic basket unloader
The algorithm of the device:
The operator rolls the basket into the device, the hydraulic manipulator drives the elevator (pantograph), which raises the platform with cans to a height of one layer. Next, the operator presses the «Start» button and drives a pneumatic rodless cylinder, the carriage of which shifts the layer of cans one row on the receiving conveyor. When a row of cans goes down the conveyor, another row is moved, and so on until the layer is completely unloaded. Then the operator removes the gasket and starts a new cycle until the basket is completely unloaded.
