Device operation algorithm:
The pallet is placed in the device, the operator, using the start buttons, sets in motion the lift, which raises the pallet to the height of the loading conveyor. It is possible to program the height and number of cans in a layer. Next, using the start buttons starts the cycle. The loading conveyor, rotary table and intermediate conveyor are driven. As the row on the conveyor is filled, the pusher shifts the row of cans onto the pallet, the carriage returns to its original position, shifts the next row, and so on until the layer is filled. The operator puts the spacer on and starts a new cycle until the pallet is fully loaded. The loaded pallet is then removed and the cycle is completed.
